- citrus sorbet

- ice cubes
- 1
- sprig of mint 
Method
Step 1
Add gin, juice, cucumber, sorbet and ice cubes to a blender and mix on high for 45-60 seconds.
Step 2
Strain into glass and garnish with a big sprig of mint.   
Tips
Zero-proof it: Swap out the gin and use an extra tablespoon and a half of citrus sorbet in its place.
