Ingredients

- vodka
- 45 mL
- 1½ oz
- fresh lemon juice
- 45 mL

- strawberry flavoured soda 
- 60 mL

- condensed milk
- 30 mL

- heavy cream (18 percent) 
- 60mL

- large ripe strawberries (3 for blending and one for garnish)
- 2 oz
- whipped cream (for garnish)

Method
Step 1
Combine vodka, lemon juice, strawberry soda, condensed milk, heavy cream, ice cubes and three of the berries into a blender. Mix on a high setting for 90 seconds or until it’s a smooth slushy consistency with no chunks of ice.
Step 2
Pour into a large highball glass. Top with whipped cream and the biggest, brightest fresh strawberry from the basket.  
Tips
Zero-proof it: Swap out the vodka and use two full ounces of lemon juice and upping the strawberry soda from two ounces to three.
