Suggested cooking instructions:
Grill: Pre-heat grill on high, grill for 2 minutes per side. Cook to internal temperature: medium 71°C (160°F) or well-done 77°C (170°F).
Oven: Pre-heat oven to 220°C (425°F), line a baking sheet/tray with parchment paper, place short ribs on a wire rack. Place wire rack on parchment lined baking tray. Cook for 8-10 minutes to medium 71°C (160°F) or well-done 77°C (170°F). Let rest for 2-3 minutes.
