diced Monsieur Gustav Medium Cheddar

finely diced red onion

Compliments Dried Cranberries

Compliments Natural Sliced Almonds

Compliments Three Cheese Ranch Dressing

Method

Step 1
In frypan, cook bacon over medium heat until golden and crisp, about 8 min. Place bacon on paper towel-lined plate. Drain fat from the pan and cook the pepperoni until crisp, about 10 min. Also transfer onto paper towels. Set aside to cool.
Step 2
Cut broccoli into bite-sized florets, discarding leaves and stems. Dice the sliced ham. Coarsely chop the bacon.
Step 3
In a large bowl, combine the broccoli florets, ham, bacon, pepperoni, cheddar, red onion, dried cranberries, raisins, almonds, dressing, salt and pepper. Mix well, cover and refrigerate for up to 5 hr. Let stand at room temperature 10 min. before mixing well and serving.
