- Red sweet bell pepper, seeded and sliced

Prepare chicken according to package directions, then slice.
Prepare rice according to package directions.
Heat olive oil in a large skillet set over medium high heat. Stir-fry mushrooms, onions and bell pepper for 1 minute. Add chicken and rice and continue to stir-fry until heated throughout. Stir in grilling sauce and serve.
