Method
Step 1
Halfway fill a cocktail shaker with ice cubes. Add cold brew concentrate, lemon juice, maple syrup and mint leaves. Cap with lid; shake 30 sec. Strain into a copper mug or large old fashioned glass about half-filled with fresh ice. Top with ginger beer soda. Garnish with mint sprig.
