Ingredients

1 lb
split chicken wings
500 g
1 tbsp
vegetable oil
15 mL
1 tsp
baking powder
5 mL
1 tsp
garlic powder
5 mL
1 tsp
paprika
5 mL
¾ tsp each
salt and pepper
4 mL

Method

Step 1

Preheat air fryer to 360°F (180°C).

Step 2

In a large bowl, toss the chicken with oil. In a small bowl, combine baking powder, garlic powder, paprika, salt and pepper; sprinkle evenly over chicken.

Step 3

Arrange chicken in a single layer and cook for 12 min. Flip and cook until crisp and browned, 10 to 12 min. Serve with Compliments Buffalo sauce if desired.
