Ingredients

3 cups
macaroni pasta, cooked, rinsed and drained
750 mL
¾ cup
Compliments Mayonnaise
175 mL
1 tbsp
granulated sugar
15 mL
½ tsp
each salt and pepper
2 mL
1 ¼ cups
finely chopped or thinly sliced Compliments Dill Pickles
310 mL
¼ cup
Compliments Dill Pickles juice
60 mL
11/3 cups
cubed Compliments Marble Cheese
325 mL
1/3 cup
chopped parsley
75 mL
2 tbsp
fresh dill
30 mL

Method

Step 1

Combine macaroni, mayonnaise, sugar, salt, and pepper in a large bowl, stirring to combine. Stir in cheese, pickles, pickle juice, parsley and dill.

Step 2

Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour before serving, tasting and adding more mayonnaise, pickle juice, salt and pepper if needed. Garnish with extra dill, if desired.

Tips

For the perfect texture in your Dill Pickle Pasta Salad, cook pasta 1 minute longer than package instructions to avoid a chewy, hard texture when chilled.
