Method

Step 1

Bring the 2 cups of water to a boil, add the quinoa and bring back to a boil, reduce to a simmer, cover. Cook 10-12 minutes or until all of the water is absorbed. Add the marmalade and stir in with a fork to fluff the quinoa.

Step 2

Give this gluten free breakfast cereal a try, even if you can tolerate gluten, it’s quick and full of protein, minerals and vitamins. It’s a great gluten free way to start the day! I hope that you like it.
