Method
Step 1
Add crushed ice, a grapefruit segment, a slice of lime and a sprig of mint to 8 champagne flutes.
Step 2
Pour 1/4 cup (60 mL) of the grapefruit juice into each flute and top off with sparkling wine. Finish each drink with 1 tsp (5 mL) of Campari (optional) and serve.
Tips
When pouring sparkling wine, be careful not to overfill the glasses; wait until the bubbles have settled before topping off each drink with more champagne.
