sliced portabello mushrooms

reduced sodium soy sauce
15 mL
1/2 tsp
sesame oil
2 mL
1/2 tsp
Roasted Garlic Seasoning Paste
2 mL
2 tsp
canola oil
10 mL
1/2 pkg
broccoli slaw
340 g


Step 1

Heat barbecue to medium-high. Grill mushrooms for 3 to 5 min. per side or until lightly browned. Meanwhile, combine soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic seasoning paste and canola oil in a small bowl. Set aside. Place broccoli slaw on a plate or in a shallow bowl. Top with warm mushrooms and drizzle with dressing. Toss and serve.
