Ingredients

vegetable broth
900 mL
1/3 cup
orzo pasta
75 mL
1 can
No Salt Added White Kidney Beans , drained and rinsed
540 mL
1 pkg
frozen Italian Sauté Greens
500 g
1 cup
quartered Santalinaâ„¢ Very Sweet Grape Tomatoes
250 mL
1/4 cup
chopped fresh parsley
60 mL
1/8 tsp
each salt and pepper
0.5 mL
1/3 cup
grated Asiago cheese
75 mL

Method

Step 1

Simmer broth in a large pot over medium-high heat. Stir in orzo, simmering until al dente, 10 min. Stir in beans, greens, tomatoes and 1 cup (250 mL) water. Simmer for 4 to 5 min., or until vegetables are heated through and pasta is tender. Stir in parsley and season with salt and pepper. Garnish with cheese before serving.
