Ingredients
- 1/3 cup
- mayonnaise
- 75 mL
- 3 tbsp
- finely chopped pitted green olives
- 45 mL
- 2 tbsp
- prepared horseradish
- 30 mL
- 1 tbsp
- finely chopped fresh dill
- 15 mL
- 2 tsp
- Dijon mustard
- 10 mL
- 1/4 tsp
- hot sauce (optional)
- 1 mL
- pinch
- each salt and pepper
Method
Step 1
Mix together mayonnaise, olives, horseradish, dill, mustard, hot sauce (if using), salt and pepper. Sauce can be stored, tightly covered, in refrigerator for up to 1 week. Serve drizzled on your favourite pizza.
Tips
Use prepared olive tapenade instead of chopped olives.
