Step 1

Stir white wine with vinegar, olive oil, paprika, hot sauce, thyme, garlic and salt. Divide marinade and meats between 3 resealable plastic bags to marinate in the fridge for at least 4 hr. and up to overnight.

Step 2

Preheat grill to medium-high heat; grease grate well. Grill chicken, turning frequently, for 20 to 25 min. or until meat reaches 165°F (74°C) on an instant-read thermometer. Meanwhile, grill pork chops for 5 to 7 min. or until meat reaches 155°F (70°C) on an instant-read thermometer, and grill steak for 4 to 5 min. per side or until meat reaches 145°F (63°C) on an instant-read thermometer for medium-rare. Let meat rest for 10 min. before serving garnished with parsley.
