On barbecue preheated to medium-high, grill burger patties 5 to 6 min. per side, or until cooked through and internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C).
Split the buns. Place arugula on bottom halves of buns. Top each with a burger patty, 2 tbsp (30 mL) Rhubarb, Bourbon & Bacon Jam, a tomato slice and red onion. Cap with top buns.
