lime cut in half (zest and juice half cit the remaining half into four pieces)

Method

Step 1

Drain and rinse the beans, in a bowl combine the beans, dressing, tomatoes, lime zest and juice and cilantro.

Step 2

Spoon into the avocado halves and spoon any extra dressing over the salad.

Tips
