Method

Step 1

In a small bowl, dissolve mustard powder in water. Stir in crème fraîche, honey and chopped dill.

Step 2

Place a piece of smoked salmon on a cucumber slice. Drizzle with honey mustard sauce and garnish with a dill sprig.

Tips

Faites tremper les tranches d’oignon dans l’eau froide pendant 5 minutes pour qu’ils perdent leur saveur prononcée.
