Ingredients

- plain 2% Greek-style yogourt
- 175 mL
- ½ cup
- finely crumbled blue cheese
- 125 mL
- ¼ cup
- finely chopped celery
- 60 mL
- ¼ cup
- mayonnaise-style sauce
- 60 mL
- 2 tbsp
- Louisiana-style hot sauce
- 30 mL
- 1 tsp
- honey
- 5 mL
- 2 tsp
- chopped fresh chives, divided
- 10 mL
Method
Step 1
Mix yogourt with blue cheese, celery, mayonnaise-style sauce, hot sauce, honey and half the chives. Transfer to serving dish. Sprinkle with remaining chives. Serve immediately or chill up to 4 hr.
Tips
Alternatively, use your favourite hot sauce, such as saambal oelek, sriracha or Asian chili paste.
