- skinless, boneless chicken breasts, cut into 3/4 -inch (2 cm) cubes
- red onion, cut into 3/4-inch (2 cm) cubes
- mangoes, peeled and cut into 3/4 -inch (2 cm) cubes
- Thai Coconut Lime Seasoned Skewers

- lime (optional)
Alternate chicken, onion and mango on skewers. Let stand 10 to 15 min. Meanwhile, preheat barbecue to medium-high and lightly oil grill.
Brush chicken, onion and mango with oil. Grill until chicken is firm and cooked through, about 5 min. per side (10 min. in total). If desired, squeeze fresh lime juice over skewers before serving.
