Ingredients

halved cherry tomatoes

sliced black olives, drained

chopped parsley

olive oil

2 tbsp
capers, drained
30 mL
1 clove
garlic, minced
1/4 tsp
salt
1 mL
pinch hot pepper flakes (optional)

Solid White Albacore Tuna in Water, drained

Method

Step 1

Cook linguine according to package directions, reserving 1/3 cup (75 mL) pasta water.

Step 2

Meanwhile, stir tomatoes with black olives, parsley, oil, capers, garlic, salt and hot pepper flakes (if using) until combined. Stir in tuna then toss with pasta and pasta water.
