flaked white tuna

Kalamata olives, pitted and roughly chopped

1/4 cup
Compliments sundried tomatoes

8 slices
multigrain bread
2 cups
Compliments organic baby spinach
500 mL
1/2 tub
Compliments goat's milk cheese crumbles

Method

Step 1

Combine tuna, olives and sundried tomatoes.

Step 2

Divide mixture between 4 slices of bread. Top each with equal amounts of spinach and cheese crumbles. Top with remaining bread slices.
