& Canola Oil, melted and cooled

Method

Step 1

Combine arugula, walnuts, salt and pepper in food processor. Blend until mixture is finely chopped. With motor running, add butter in slow, steady stream and blend until smooth, scraping down sides of processor if necessary.

Tips

Substitute an equal amount of spinach for arugula and pine nuts for walnuts.
